Back to the zoo…There was still a lot to see. We went to the aquarium and rainforest today as well as riding the train and seeing the giraffes.

Today we went to the Omaha Zoo and it was pouring for quite a bit of the day. The kids were troopers though and luckily a lot of the zoo is inside.
Sean has to buy a sweatshirt to keep warm.
A trip to see the fountains before dinner. We ate at the Upstream Brewery and then took a carriage ride. We did not get back to the hotel until late and the kids slept like logs.

Our first stop
There were so many good pictures from the Children’s Museum. They had so much fun and there was so much to do. This weekend was the last weekend for the dinosaur exhibit, too. It was kind of scary at first, but they warmed up to it.
Liam and Colm have decided that they would rather take a shower instead of a bath. This new arrangement is fine with me. Showers are faster, however, sometimes grubby kids need a bath. I figured this out today when stepping out of the shower Colm was still covered with grime. Sometimes a kid needs a good soak to get all the dirt off. So after his shower he took a bath, too. Now he is super duper clean (except for the pen marks from when he drew all over himself in the car on the way home from Omaha. I think those will take a couple of days to wear off.)
