The other day Colm and I were chatting and somehow we got on the topic of what type of food we would want children to leave for us on Christmas Eve if we were Santa. Traditionally, Santa gets cookies and milk. Colm said he would want 425 pieces of candy. I said I would want a piece of cherry pie and a tall glass of VERY cold milk. We talked about it later at dinner that night and Sean said he would like a chocolate biscotti and an espresso and Liam wanted hot chocolate with marshmallows and a whole slew of other things that I can’t remember. What would you want children to leave for you if you were Santa?
