Again, this was a book that Colm randomly picked off the shelf at the library. It is a really cute story about a grandma who loses her glasses while dancing in the kitchen which leads to her befriending a lion and catching a burglar. Grandma Jo is a very lovable character and Colm thinks her antics with the lion are funny. Again, cute story.

After spending a lazy morning watching movies with the fireplace turned on, it was time to go have some fun at Great-Grandma’s house. The boys had a blast as Grandad drove them around the farm on the tractor and the four-wheeler.
We came home, had lunch and hung out for a while and then went to the big Griffin Thanksgiving.
Cousins, cousins, cousins…I couldn’t get a couple of the younger ones to stay in the picture, so I just had to make due with the ones that would stay still. The teenagers aren’t in the picture either…they were probably too busy texting to come have their picture taken. 🙂
