Sean and I decided to spend our last night out in Kansas City at Aixois. Not only is it a great place to eat, I am currently reading a book about Julia Child and I had a hankering for French food after reading about it all day.

In order to prepare for the move and our new home not having a basement, it was time to give away A LOT of stuff. This is what our front porch looked like the night before the Salvation Army came to pick up a donation. This is a small fraction of what was donated and given away.

Since we are moving right before Liam’s birthday, we promised him a birthday party (or two) before we leave. This was our family party held at Sean’s parents’ house.
