After going to the library, we headed across town to The Waffle Window. It is exactly what it sounds like. You walk up to a window on the sidewalk to order your waffles. Liam had Banana Rumba, I had Bacon, Basil and Brie and Colm had chocolate-dipped. It was a lovely day to eat outside and the waffles were spectacular. Liam’s was the best by far.

Then we headed over to Mt. Tabor. It’s a great place to take a little hike and the boys love the playground. They have a teeter-totter and a merry-go-round. It’s hard to find those in parks nowadays, so they are sort of a novelty. Let’s not forget the view…
