Liam decided he wanted to try out our church’s youth choir. We went, he sang, it was not his cup of tea. He was really hoping he could play his violin and that didn’t happen. I explained to him that this was his first rehearsal and that he wasn’t going to be able to just walk in there and play his violin. I am not sure if he is going to go back or not, but I hope he does. I hope he gives it a few more tries before he calls it quits for good.

Liam had a birthday party to go to tonight. We had the present, but no paper. Problem? Nope. Liam suggested we use newspaper. I suggested we use the funnies. Liam suggested we use the sports page because his friend likes sports. We wrapped it, I made some “ribbons” and the package was wrapped.

Liam had the BEST coaches this season…Coach Russ and Coach Linda…so awesome! Here they are giving Liam props for doing such a great job this season.
With some money Colm got as a gift, plus allowance, plus a $10 off coupon, Colm was able to buy this:
Picked these up at Trader Joe’s today. Colm and I love this time of year.

Our school has this awesome geography program called Passport. Long story short, the kids earn passport stickers in their passports each month based on how well they do with their geography studies for that month. The gal who is in charge asked if I would help cut out the stickers for next month. Remind me not to say yes next time. Holy cow there’s a lot of them.

I had an iPhone for quite a while, but when Sprint’s new Evo came out, my hubby had to try it which also meant I had to try it. It was fine, but I missed my iPhone and, truth be told, my hubby missed his, too. Out with the Evo…in with the iPhone.
