Sunday-Mijas with potatoes, onion and bacon, watermelon
Monday-Pasta with swiss chard, chicken, garlic, basil, onion and tomatoes
Tuesday-Stir-fry with tofu, swiss chard, garlic and hot pepper flakes
Wednesday-Eggs, Sausage, Blueberry Pancakes
Thursday-Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Tomatoes with salt and pepper
Friday-Salmons, Green Beans, Bread and Butter
Saturday-Independence Day dinner with the family

    Maybe you already know this, but we found that we really like the texture of the tofu a lot more if when it is cubed and cooked on high in a bit of olive oil. Cook it until it’s brown on both sides, remove from heat, then mix it in with your stir fry later. Awesomesauce.
