Since we won’t be here for Liam’s birthday we are going to have an early birthday party for him this weekend with family. His nanny (grandma) let him pick the theme of his party that we are having at her house and he settled on Star Wars.

My friend Christie and I ventured out to the city while Sean was at his first day of work. Sprinkled throughout the downtown are various groupings of these trailers where you can pick from just about every ethnic food you can think of….Mexican, Indian, Polish, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc., etc., etc. I settled on some vegetarian Vietnamese soup while Christie opted for Mexican. It’s like the food court at the mall-only better. 🙂

This picture doesn’t capture how many there were. There was also another whole group of these trailers across the street from where we ate. We didn’t even go over there…that would have been too much to choose from.
Yesterday was our second day of house hunting. It was less eventful than the first day for which I am VERY thankful. We drove around with our realtor and looked at some resale houses in various neighborhoods. None of the houses or neighborhoods struck our fancy. After our realtor dropped us off, we had lunch and then headed back to the new subdivision we are interested in. We stopped and asked the gal in the sales office some questions and then decided we needed to sleep on it before we wrote anyone a big check. After sleeping on it and talking about it we decided to wait. We have enough things on our plate right now. We don’t need the additional stress of building a house on top of everything else we have going on right now.
